We will provide you with a password, so you can access your repair status. A photo will be included with each status update and a small description explaining the repair status. All updates will happen daily between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm, so you will know when to expect the website to be updated. The extent of your repairs can affect how much of a change can be seen from one day to the next. Some things that could delay a status update or any change to occur are; waiting on parts to arrive or waiting on an insurance adjuster to do a supplement. Once these things are done we will post a status update.
