Collision Repair FAQs

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

Customers are encouraged to set up an appointment for an estimate, so wait time is reduced. Walk-Ins are accepted for estimates, but you may have to wait until our estimator is finished with other customers.

Do I have to turn my repairs into insurance?

Absolutely not! We will do repairs you would like to pay for yourself, but a deposit will be required before we order parts. Please call us with any questions.

Which insurance companies do you work with?

We work with all insurance companies and we are direct repair facility for many different companies. We can communicate with the insurance company on your behalf, but you must start your claim.

When is my deductible collected?

Your deductible is collected by the body shop on or before the day we start your repairs. If you receive an insurance check it is also collected at this time.

How long will my repairs take?

Depending on the amount of damage can determine how long your repairs will take. Once an estimate is written we will know how many total hours and we can figure out how many days we will need vehicle to complete repairs

Do you have rentals available?

Enterprise has rentals available. A rental will be set up for you the day your repairs start, and the rental can just be dropped off here when repairs are complete.

You will need to check with your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage and how much coverage you have. Enterprise will discuss any charges that you may need to pay yourself.

If you don’t have coverage, but still need a rental. We will have Enterprise contact you with pricing, so you can decide if you still want a rental vehicle or not. If you want a rental, payment will be paid directly to Enterprise.
